Hello and welcome to this progressive weight loss package. These sessions focus on changing your mindset to one of healthy eating.
There are three hour long sessions and five three minute sessions. The 3 minute sessions are designed to keep you on track and are short enough to listen to on the go. The long sessions are most effective when listened to regularly, maybe once or twice a week.
The more you treat your body with kindness, with thoughts of repair, the more you will lose weight.
Instead of craving the bad stuff, you will instead begin to only want healthy, fresh produce. The more you listen to these sessions, the more you will want to move your body in exercise, choosing, all the time, what is right for you.
It is so important that you give your body and your mind just what they need, so essential nutrients and vitamins are important as getting enough will put a stop to any physical cravings.
Being prepared with healthy food when you are out is important for 2 reasons; you will either go without food because you don’t want to eat anything unhealthy or you will be forced to choose food that you simply don’t want. Both of these choices are bad for you, however it would be worse to not eat at all and create imbalances inside your body.
I don’t know how you feel about yourself, but I do know that you are unique and therefore important. I expect you have wonderful characteristics that people find endearing and I expect your many aspects of self can be described as fun, loyal, calm, kind, thoughtful, motivated.
Anyone can make changes but making changes with direct focused attention is so much easier and making changing with the power of positivity, confidence, motivation is even faster still.
